The HM427LP3 & HMC47LP3E are low loss
broadnd poive control transfer switches in
leadless ce mounpackages. Covering DC to 8
GHz, this sh offs high isolation and low insertion
loss. The swioperates using a positive control
voltage of 0/+5V and requires a fixed bias of +5V @
0 μA.

niques. Signal lines at the RF port should have 50
ohm impedance and the package ground leads and
package bottom should be connected directly to the
