The oscillator uses an
extremely high performance
low noise Agilent Silicon
Bipolar transistor in
conjunction with a hyperabrupt
varactor diode to provide the
tuning capability. The

· 0.682 x 0.450 x 0.160
inches SMT Leadless
Bondable Package
oscillator output is then
coupled to an Agilent GaAs
PHEMT MMIC amplifier and
MMIC multiplier to double the
frequency. Finally the signal is
split to provide a differential
output at 19.906 or 21.509 GHz.
