PRESENTATION
Les modules présentés ci-après et développés par Amphenol Air LB
sont conçus pour recevoir des contacts à sertir répondant aux normes
SAE-AS39029 et AN4165.
Amphenol Air LB SIM modules were developped to used crimpeable
contacts according to the SAE-AS39029 and EN4165 standards.
Crimpable contacts, straight or angled for PCB mounting are available
too.
DesꢀversionsꢀdeꢀmodulesꢀàꢀpiquerꢀsurꢀCI,ꢀdroitsꢀouꢀcoudésꢀsontꢀéga-
lement disponibles.
In addition, Amphenol Air LB has designed new modules, to answer
the new specifications. It consists in two fiber optics termini modules, a
high density module, and a RJ45 Ethernet module.

lesꢀauxꢀnouvellesꢀspéci ꢀcitésꢀduꢀmarchéꢀetꢀpropose,ꢀenꢀplusꢀdesꢀmo-
dulesꢀstandardsꢀ:ꢀdeuxꢀtypesꢀdeꢀmodulesꢀpourꢀ ꢀbreꢀoptique,ꢀunꢀmoduleꢀ
hauteꢀdensité,ꢀetꢀunꢀmoduleꢀRJ45ꢀEthernet.
4 modules plugs/receptacles are polarized following 4 modules keying :
A, B, C and D
Lesꢀ ꢀches/embasesꢀ4ꢀmodulesꢀsontꢀpolariséesꢀ:ꢀàꢀchaqueꢀcavitéꢀrepé-
réeꢀA,ꢀB,ꢀCꢀouꢀDꢀcorrespondꢀunꢀmodule.
2 modules plugs/receptacles are polarized following 2 modules keying :
A and B
Lesꢀ ꢀches/embasesꢀ2ꢀmodulesꢀsontꢀpolariséesꢀ:ꢀàꢀchaqueꢀcavitéꢀrepé-
rée A ou B correspond un module.
A « neutral » module, with N polarization, can be inserted in any place.
Unꢀmoduleꢀ«ꢀneutre»,ꢀpolarisationꢀN,ꢀpeutꢀêtreꢀutilisé
dansꢀtoutesꢀlesꢀcavités,ꢀquelqueꢀsoitꢀleꢀdétrompage.

OPTICALS FIBERS TERMINI MODULES
Amphenol Air LB adapte ses modules aux nouvelles technologies et vous
propose des solutions pouvant recevoir deux types de contacts optiques :
Amphenol Air LB extends its range of modules proposing solutions for
two new opticals termini :
- Amphelux® et Luxcis® conformément à la norme Arinc 801
- Elio® conformément à la norme EN4531-101 et ABS 1379-003
- Amphelux® and Luxcis® conforming to Arinc 801
- Elio® conforming to EN4531-101 and ABS 1379-003
Ces solutions vous permettront de mettre en place des transmissions
de données à haut débit (du Mbits/s au Gbits/s) sans interférences
EMI/RFI.
These solutions afford high speed data transmission (Mbits/s to Gbits/s)
without EMI/RFI interferences.
Les contacts hermaphrodites peuvent être montés indifféremment
dans le module mâle ou femelle.
Hermaphrodite contacts can be mounted in both pin and socket module.

Ce type de module est conçu pour recevoir 6 contacts optiques.
Les contacts s’insèrent ou s’extraient à l’aide de l’outil réf. 001112 300 25.
This contact is designed to use 6 opticals termini.
Insert ou extract contacts can be realized thanks to a specific tool
refered 001112 300 25.
Le «genre» du module est donné par le porte sleeve à placer sur l’un
ou l’autre des modules à accoupler.
«Gender» of module is given bye the sleeve-holder to be placed on
one of the two modules.
