USB Type-A Connectors

Stewart Connector’s USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 Type-A connectors are designed to

meet the ever-growing demand for small yet reliable I/O connectors that comply to

Universal Serial Bus standards.

Stewart Connector USB 3.0 connectors are fully backwards compatible with USB

2.0 and 1.0 connectors allowing for re-designs without having to update or change

the mating connector. Stewart’s line of USB connectors are known for being

reliable, robust and versatile for all USB applications.

USB 3.0 can deliver 5 Gbit/s and USB 2.0 can achieve 480 Mbit/s

USB 3.0 can withstand a peak current rating of 1.8 A per contact

while USB 2.0 can withstand a peak current rating of 1.5 A per contact
