The CG2176X3 is a pHEMT GaAs MMIC 50Ω  
6-pin Thin SON (X3) Package  
(1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.37mm)  
termination type high power SPDT (Single Pole  
Double Throw) switch which was developed for  
WiMAX and WiFi.
