impedance analyzer.

fixture.  
5. For SRF >6 GHz, measured using an Agilent/HP 8722ES network ana-  
lyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture. For SRF 6 GHz, measured  
using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD-D
