For Texas Instruments TPS2375
PoE Transformer PoE Powered Device Controller
These synchronous flyback transformers are designed
specifically for the Texas Instruments TPS2375 Pow-
ered Device Controller for use in IEEE 802.3af-compli-
ant applications.
They are designed to operate up to 500 kHz with input
voltage between 18 and 72 Volts. Output of the bias
winding is 10 V, 20 mA.
Each transformer features interleaved primary and sec-
ondary windings to minimize leakage inductance, and
separate bias and drive windings. Isolation is 1500 Vrms
between the primary and the secondary windings.

1. Inductance is measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms.
2. Peak primary current drawn at minimum input voltage.
3. DCR for secondary is with windings connected in parallel.
4. Leakage inductance is for the primary winding with the secondary windings shorted.
5. Turns ratio is with both secondary windings connected in parallel.
6. Operating temperature range –40°C to +125°C.
