TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSORS  
Protect sensitive electronics against volt-  
age transients induced by electrostatic  
discharge (ESD), inductive load switching,  
and lightning. Ideal for the protection of  
I/O interfaces, Vcc bus, and other inte-  
grated circuits.
