9. RECOMMENDED REFLOW PROFILE
Thetemperatureriseto150℃ forpreliminaryheatingshallbemadefor30secondsorlonger
Thepreliminaryheatingshallbedoneatthetemperatureof160℃+10℃ for 60 ~ 90 seconds.
The heating shallbe atthe temperature of200℃ or higher For 20 ~ 40 seconds and the peak
temperature shall be 230℃+5℃
