High brightness diffused surface mount LED.  
Super wide viewing angle of 160°.  
Equivalent to 0805 package outline. Copper lead-frame construction.  
Qualified according to JEDEC moisture sensitivity Level 2.  
Compatible to IR reflow soldering.
