Tight resistance tolerance of ꢂ0.02% and temperature coefficient of resistance of ꢂ5ppm/ꢁC are achieved.
Under high temperature and humid condition of 85ꢁC and 85%RH, and at 155ꢁC(duration:10000 hours for
both tests), superior reliability of only less than ꢂ0.1% of change in resistance value is realized.
