A two-digit number is assigned to each standard R-Value (E96) as shown in the chart below. This is followed by one alpha character
which is used as a multiplier. Each letter represents a specific multiplier as follows:

Y = 0.1
X = 1
A = 10
B = 100
C = 1000
D = 10000
E = 100000
F = 1000000
