Features
General Description
n Wide 8V to 32V Input Voltage Range
n Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 26V
n Minimum Drop Out 0.3V
The XL2006 is a 160 KHz fixed frequency
PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter,
capable of driving a 3A load with high
efficiency, low ripple and excellent line and
n Fixed 160KHz Switching Frequency
n Maximum 3A Output Current Capability
n Internal Optimize Power MOSFET
n Excellent line and load regulation
n High efficiency up to 92%
load regulation. Requiring
a
minimum
number of external components, the regulator
is simple to use and include internal
frequency
compensation
and
a
n TTL shutdown capability
fixed-frequency oscillator.
n EN pin with hysteresis function
n With output constant current loop
n Built in Constant Voltage (CV) Loop
n Built in Constant Current (CC) Loop
n Built in thermal shutdown function
n Built in output short protection
n SOP8-EP package
The PWM control circuit is able to adjust the
duty ratio linearly from 0 to 100%. An enable
function, an over current protection function
is built inside. An internal compensation
block is built in to minimize external
component count.

No Connected.
Supply Voltage Input Pin. XL2006 operates from a 8V to 32V
DC voltage. Bypass Vin to GND with a suitably large capacitor
to eliminate noise on the input.

VIN
Power Switch Output Pin (SW). Output is the switch node that
supplies power to the output.
(Note: Connected the back exposed PAD to SW.)
Ground Pin.
Feedback Pin (FB). Through an external resistor divider
network, Feedback senses the output voltage and regulates it.
The feedback threshold voltage is 0.8V.
