Test Item
Moisture:
Vibration:
Test Conditions
Keep the resonator at 40°±2°C and 90% to 95% RH for 60 hours.
Then release the resonator into ambient room conditions for 1
hour prior to measurement.
Subject the resonator to vibration for 1 hour in each of three
mutually-0perpendicular planes. Amplitude 1.5mm, 10Hz to 55z.
The resonator shall fulfill the
specifications stated in 'Electrical
Specifications' above.
Mechanical
Shock:
Drop the resonator randomly onto a concrete floor from a height
of 1 metre. Three times.
Preheating at 150°C to 175°C for one minute. Then expose the
resonator to more than 200°C with the maximum temperature not
higher than 230°C±5°C. Then release the resonator into ambient
room conditrions for 1 hour.
Reflow
Soldering:
Dip the resonator terminals no closer than 1.5mm into the solder
bath at 230°C±5°C for 5 seconds±1 second.
Min. 95% of lead terminals surface shall
be covered with solder.
Solderability:

The resonator shall fulfill the
specifications stated in 'Electrical
Specifications' above.
Subject the resonator to 85°C±2°C for 96 hours. Then release the
resontor into ambient room conditions for one hour.
