Features
General Description
■ Ultra Low supply Current (2µA)
FM6326/FM6327/FM6328 are a family of supervisory circuits
employed to monitor power supplies used in Microprocessor,
Microcontroller and other digital systems. These devices accu-

FM6326/FM6327/FM6328 supervisory devices are designed to
issue Reset signal during power on, brownout and power down
conditions.
