Features
General Description
1A Output Current, with Foldback Current Limiting
High Ripple Rejection
The G9621 are low-dropout, linear regulator with reset
function. They are available in SOP-8 and TDFN3X3-8
package. Typical dropouts are 300mV at 500mA with
VOUT=3.3V. Other features include foldback current
limiting and thermal overload protection.
±2% Output Accuracy
Externally Programmable Reset Time Delay

MLCC Stabled
The reset function in G9621 detects VTH Pin DC level,
keeping it asserted for time delay determined by ex-
ternal capacitor. The reset output is active low
open-drain output.
