FEATURES:  
DESCRIPTION:  
• 5Ω A/B bi-directional switch  
TheCBTLV16245isasetof16-bitbusswitches. Ithasstandard16245  
pinouts. Thedeviceisorganizedasdual8-bitlowresistanceswitcheswith  
independent Output Enable (xOE) control inputs. The switches can be  
turnedonunderthecontroloftheLVTTL-compatibleOutputEnablesignals  
(xOE)forbidirectionaldata flowbetweenportAandportB. WhenxOE is  
high,theswitchisoffandahighimpedanceexistsbetweenPortAandPort  
B.  
Isolation Under Power-Off Conditions  
• Over-voltage tolerant  
Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA  
VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, normal range  
• ESD >2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015; >200V using  
machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0)  
Available in TSSOP and TVSOP packages  
Toensure the high-impedance state duringpoweruporpowerdown,  
OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor.
