DESCRIPTION:  
FEATURES:  
TheCBTLV3251is a1-of-8high-speedmultiplexer/demultiplexer.The  
lowon-state resistance ofthe switchallows connections tobe made with  
minimalpropagationdelay.  
Functionally equivalent to QS3251  
5Switch Connection between Two Ports  
Isolation Under Power-Off Conditions  
Over-voltage tolerant  
Latch-up performance exceeds 100ma  
VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, normal range  
ESD > 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015;  
> 200V using machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0)  
Available in SSOP, QSOP, and TSSOP packages  
The select input (S0, S1, S2) controls the data flow. The multiplexer/  
demultiplexerswitches aredisabledwhentheoutput-enable(OE)inputis  
high.  
To ensure that the device is in high-impedance state during power up  
or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor; the  
minimumvalueoftheresistorisdeterminedbythecurrent-sinkingcapability  
of the driver.
