• Power off disable outputs permit “live insertion”
• Typical VOLP (Output Ground Bounce) < 1.0V at VCC = 5V,

DESCRIPTION:
TheFCT16373T16-bit transparentD-typelatchis builtusingadvanceddual
metalCMOStechnology. Thesehigh-speed, low-powerlatchesareidealfor
temporarystorageofdata.Theycanbeusedforimplementingmemoryaddress
latches,I/Oports,andbusdrivers.TheOutputEnableandLatchEnablecontrols
areorganizedtooperateeachdeviceastwo8-bitlatches,orone16-bitlatch.
Flow-throughorganizationofsignalpinssimplifieslayout.Allinputsaredesigned
withhysteresisforimprovednoisemargin.
TheFCT16373Tisideallysuitedfordrivinghigh-capacitanceloadsandlow-
impedancebackplanes.Theoutputbuffersaredesignedwithpoweroffdisable
capabilitytoallow"liveinsertion"ofboardswhenusedasbackplanedrivers.
