The 15TQ060 Schottky rectifier has been optimized for very
lowforwardvoltagedrop,withmoderateleakage.Theproprie-
tarybarriertechnologyallowsforreliableoperationupto150°
Cjunctiontemperature. Typicalapplicationsareinswitching
power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and
reverse battery protection.
