The 19TQ015 Schottky rectifier has been optimized for ultra  
lowforwardvoltagedropspecificallyfortheOR-ingofparallel  
powersupplies. Theproprietarybarriertechnologyallowsfor  
reliable operation up to 125° C junction temperature. Typical  
applicationsareinparallelswitchingpowersupplies,convert-  
ers, reverse battery protection, and redundant power  
subsystems.
