Description/Features
This center tap Schottky rrectifier has been optimized for very
low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The
proprietarybarriertechnologyallowsforreliableoperationupto
150° C junction temperature. Typical applications are in
switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes,
and reverse battery protection.
