The center tap Schottky rectifier module has been optimized  
forultralowforwardvoltagedropspecificallyfortheOR-ingof  
parallel power supplies. The proprietary barrier technology  
allowsforreliableoperationupto125°Cjunctiontemperature.  
Typical applications are in parallel switching power supplies,  
converters, reverse battery protection, and redundant power  
subsystems.
