Description/Features
The 80CNQ center tap Schottky rectifier module series has
been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with
moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows
forreliableoperationupto150°Cjunctiontemperature.Typical
applicationsareinswitchingpowersupplies,converters,free-
wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
