The82CNQ030centertapSchottkyrectifiermodulehasbeen
optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate
leakage.Theproprietarybarriertechnologyallows forreliable
operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. Typical applica-
tions are in switching power supplies, converters, free-wheel-
ingdiodes, and reverse battery protection.
