There is growing demand for Micro SIM (Mini UICC) cards for use in smartphones and

tablets.

The “SF56 Series” is a push-push type connector compatible with the micro SIM card.

*SIM: Subscriber Identity Module

Features

 1.25mm height, 14.4mm width, and 16.0mm depth; designed to save space

when mounting. It is the industry’s most lowest-profile, push-push type connector.

 Designed for easy operation with a card ejection stroke of 4.1mm.

 Card detection switch (normal closed) for preventing incomplete insertion.

 Design allows for visual check / repair of the terminals after the SMT mounting

process.

 Balanced four hold-down points for good EMI performance.

 Pb-free, halogen-free compliant product.

 Supports automated mounting with embossed tape.
