(1)定格電圧125V品はコンデンサと並列にバリスタ電圧が250V以下のバリスタが入って
いること、又はコンデンサの両端に250Vo-p以上のパルス電圧が付加されないこと。
(2)定格電圧250V品はコンデンサと並列にバリスタ電圧が470V以下のバリスタが入って
いること、又はコンデンサの両端に630Vo-p以上のパルス電圧が付加されないこと。
