tolerance, C siifies 2%, and D sinifies 1% tolerane.  
2. The Zener impence is derived froth60 HZ ac voage ,which results when an ac current having an rms value equal to  
0% of the dc Zeer current (IZT or IZK ) is superimposed on IZT or IZK. Zener impedance is measured at two points to insure a  
sarp knee on the eakdown curve and eliminate unstable units.  
3. Threverse surge crent is measured at 25°C ambient using a 1/2 square wave or equivalent sine wave pulse 1/120 second  
duron superimposeon IZT.
