Outline  
This system reset IC, developed using the CMOS process, has a built-in delay function. Ultra-low  
consumption current of 1.0µA (typ.). has been achieved through use of the CMOS process. Also, detection  
voltage is high-precision detection of ±±2. The small pacꢀage MꢁL-ꢂ (1.1 1.ꢂ 0.ꢃmm) is used for space  
saving.
