1. General description
The 74AXP1G98 is a configurable multiple function gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs. The
device can be configured as any of the following logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND,
NOR, inverter and buffer. All inputs can be connected directly to VCC or GND.
This device ensures very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire
VCC range from 0.7 V to 2.75 V. It is fully specified for partial power down applications
using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging
backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
2. Features and benefits
Wide supply voltage range from 0.7 V to 2.75 V
Low input capacitance; CI = 0.5 pF (typical)
Low output capacitance; CO = 1.0 pF (typical)
Low dynamic power consumption; CPD = 2.7 pF at VCC = 1.2 V (typical)
Low static power consumption; ICC = 1.0 A (85 C maximum)
High noise immunity

data sheet shall define the specification of the product as agreed between
Nexperia and its customer, unless Nexperia and

shall an agreement be valid in which the Nexperia product is
deemed to offer functions and qualities beyond those described in the
Product data sheet.
Nexperia does not accept any liability related to any default,
damage, costs or problem which is based on any weakness or default in the
customer’s applications or products, or the application or use by customer’s
third party customer(s). Customer is responsible for doing all necessary
testing for the customer’s applications and products using Nexperia
products in order to avoid a default of the applications and
