The SS32S310 series includes a highefficiency, low power loss,  
generalpropose Schottky rectifiers. The clipbonded leg structure  
provides high thermal performance and low electrical resistance.  
These rectifiers are suited for free wheeling, secondary rectification,  
and reverse polarity protection applications.
