The projector us es a high-wattage lamp that becomes very hot during operation. Pleas e obs erve the
following precautions .
1. Never place objects on top of the projector while it is operating.
2. Make s ure there is an unobs tructed s pace of 500 mm (19-11/16˝) or more around the projectors
exhaus t openings . In addition to this s pace, als o ens ure that there is a s ufficient work s pace for
removing and ins talling the lamp, filter and other parts .
3. Do not s tack projector units directly on top of one another for the purpos e of multiple (s tacked)
projection. When s tacking projector units , be s ure to provide the amount of s pace indicated below
between them. Thes e s pace requirements als o apply to ins tallations where only one projector unit is
operating at one time and the other unit is us ed as a backup.
3. If the projector is ins talled in an enclos ed s pace, ens ure that the projectors intake and exhaus t
openings are not blocked. Take particular care to ens ure that hot air from the exhaus t openings is
not s ucked into the intake openings .
