Features
Description
PI3A4629C is a single-pole/single-throw (SPST) normally open
(NO) analog switch that operates from a single +2.25V to +3.6V
supply.
• Analog Signal Range: -1.0V to V when switch is “On”

• -1.0V Undershoot Protection when switch is “Off”
• Low On-Resistance: 0.8Ω Max (+3.0V Supply)
• 0.1Ω Max. On-Resistance Flatness at +25°C
The switch has 0.8Ω Max On-Resistance (R ), with 0.1Ω Max
ON

flatness over the analog signal range when powered from a
ON
+3.0V supply. Fast switching times are less than 50ns.
• Fast Switching: 50ns Max.
To minimize PC board area use, the device is available in the
ultra compact TDFN and the small compact SOT-23 packages.
The PI3A4629C pinout is optimized for the highest package off-
isolation available.
