• Pletronics’ THA4 Series is a temperature  
compensated voltage controlled crystal  
oscillator with a HCMOS output.  
• The package is designed for high density  
surface mount designs.  
• 8 to 52 MHZ  
• Stabilities to less than 0.2ppm available  
• 5 x 7 mm LCC Ceramic Package  
• Optional Voltage Control Function  
• Tape and Reel packaging is available.
