5kW POWER TVS COMPONENT
DESCRIPTION
The 5KP Series, are discrete 5,000 Waꢀ, silicon transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed for use in applicaꢁons
where large voltage transients can permanently damage voltage sensiꢁve components and equipment.
The 5KP series is available in voltages ranging from 5V to 440V with 5 percent and 5 and 10 percent tolerances. Both
tolerances are referenced to the power supply output or operaꢁng voltage level. This series is compaꢁable with IEC
61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements.
