The MSMFxx series are mulꢀ-line TVS arrays designed to protect wireless telecommunicaꢀons and portable electronic
applicaꢀons from the damaging effects of ESD and EFT. The MSMFxx is available in a 4 line unidirecꢀonal or 3 line
bidirecꢀonal configuraꢀon and is rated at 100 Waꢁs peak pulse power, which is sufficient protecꢀon for terꢀary type
lightning threats at key interface locaꢀons.
Packaged in a miniature SOT-553, the MSMFxx series meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and 61000-4-4 (EFT) immunity re-
quirements. Each device should be placed near a connector to provide the best protecꢀon against transients.
