ULTRA LOW CAPACITANCE TVS ARRAY
DESCRIPTION
The PAM02SD2324C is an ultra low capacitance transient voltage suppressor array, designed to protect automoꢀve
applicaꢀons. The device is available in a bidirecꢀonal configuraꢀon and is rated at 350 Waꢁs for an 8/20µs wave-
shape.
The PAM02SD2324C meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements. At higher operaꢀng frequen-
cies or faster edge rates, inserꢀon loss and signal integrity are a major concern. The device offers an ultra low capaci-
tance and low leakage current in a miniature SOD-323 package.
