The PSOTxxLCC series are transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays, designed for power or data line applicaꢀons that
provide protecꢀon against ESD, terꢀary lightning and switching transients. This series offers low clamping voltage for
the protecꢀon of sensiꢀve components and interfaces.
The PSOTxxLCC series has a peak pulse power of 300 Waꢁs for an 8/20µs waveshape and is available in a SOT-23 pack-
age configuraꢀon. This series meets the IEC 61000-4-2, 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.
