The SM15KPA Series are high-powered surface mount transient voltage suppression components designed to protect
equipment and systems from the damaging effects of high voltage spikes. The surface mount package configuraꢀon
provides a lower profile at a reduce cost compared to legacy axial lead package configuraꢀons.
These devices provide 15,000 Waꢁs of peak pulse power dissipaꢀon for an 10/1000µs waveform. Applicaꢀons in-
clude AC and DC power line protecꢀon, terrestrial base staꢀon protecꢀon as well as module lightning protecꢀon.
