Product Overview
The Qorvo® RFFM8227P is an integrated front end module
(FEM) compatible with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® systems. The
ultra-small form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout
area in the application.
Receive path matches the optimal technologies to maximize
Rx sensitivity through noise figure performance that is
consistent over a wider variety of conditions.
4 Pin 1.4x1mm DFN Package
Integrated bypass switching allows an option for a low loss bi-
directional path while not using the low noise amplifier that is
capable to pass transmit traffic of Bluetooth®.
Key Features
The RFFM8227P integrates a 2.4GHz low noise amplifier (LNA)
and bypass switch into a single device.
