Description  
• Extended Supply Voltage Range (VEE = –5.5V to  
–4.2V, VCC = 0V) or (VCC = + 5.5V to +4.2V,  
VEE = 0V)  
• 385 ps Typical Propagation Delay  
• High Bandwidth Output Transition  
The SK10/100EL58 is a low voltage 2:1 multiplexer. It  
operates over an extended supply range of –5.5V to  
–4.2V. This device fully compatible with MC10/100EL58,  
and is pin and functionally compatible with MC100LVEL58.  
• 75KW Internal Input Pulldown Resistors  
• Fully Compatible with MC10/100EL58; Pin and  
Functionally Compatible with MC100LVEL58  
• ESD Protection of >4000V  
With fast output transition time and small outline 8-lead  
SOIC package, the SK10/100EL58 is ideally suited for  
applications which require the ultimate in AC performance.  
• Industrial Temperature Range: –40oC to +85oC  
• Available in 8 Pin SOIC (150 mils )

Notes:  
1. 10EL circuits are designed to meet the DC specifications shown in the table after thermal equilibrium has been  
established. The circuit is in a test socket or mounted on a printed circuit board, and transverse airflow than  
500 lfpm is maintained. Outputs are terminated through a 50W resistor to VCC2.0V.  
2. 100K circuits are designed to meet the DC specification shown in the table where transverse airflow greater  
than 500 lfpm is maintained.
