1. Introduction  
The Spartan MA673 2.4 / 4.9~5.8GHz 3*MIMO antenna is a low profile,  
heavy-duty, fully IP67 waterproof external antenna for use in 802.11ac  
high data throughput and video broadcast applications.  
The Spartan is unique in the market because it combines three  
2.4 / 4.9~5.8GHz antenna elements in a heavy-duty antenna with high  
efficiency in a low profile and high quality aesthetic styled housing. The  
antenna screws down permanently onto a roof or metal panel and can be  
pole or wall-mounted.  
Care has been taken to optimize the isolation at more than 20dB from  
any one antenna to the other, and radiation patterns are distinct allowing  
for greater de-correlation, vital factors for optimization of MIMO system  
efficiency.  
For industries such as remote monitoring, smart meter systems,  
construction equipment, public safety at only 40mm high, the Spartan  
provides an unobtrusive, robust, rugged antenna that is durable even in  
extreme environments. This specification shows the true performance  
including 3 meters of cable loss. If cable is shorter antenna performance  
will increase even more.
