NAND gates. They perform the Boolean functions  
Y = AB or Y = A+B in positive logic. The  
open-collector outputs require pullup resistors to  
performcorrectly. Theymaybeconnectedtoother  
open-collector outputs to implement active-low  
wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.
