Description:  
The OPF342 family ber opc transmiers are high performance devices packaged for data communicaon links. This  
transmier is an 850nm GaAlAs LED and is specically designed to eciently launch opcal power into bers ranging in size  
from 50/125µm up to 200/300µm diameter ber. Mulple power ranges with upper and lower limits are oered which  
allows the designer to select a device best suited for the applicaon.  
This product’s combinaon of features including high speed and ecient coupled power makes it an ideal transmier for  
integraon into all types of data communicaons equipment.  
The mechanical design of this packaged is intended for PC Board or panel mounng. It is shipped with a lock washer, jam  
nut, 2 #2-56 screws, and a protecve dust cap.
