DESCRIPTION
The U74AC02 contains four independent 2-input NOR gates that
perform the Boolean function Y A B or Y A B in
SOP-14
positive logic.
FEATURES
* Operation Voltage Range: 2~6V
* Inputs Accept Voltages to 6V
* Max tpd of 7.5 ns at 5V
