• For use in stablilizing and clipping circuits with
high power rating
• The Zener voltages are graded according to the
international E 24 standard. Smaller voltage
tolerances are available upon request
• These diodes are also available in the DO-41
case with the type designation ZPY3V9 to ZPY100
• AEC-Q101 qualified
• Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and in
accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC
