The body of the inductor consists of a
ceramic substrate on which a low
resistive planar inductor is grown. The
inductor is patterned very accurately
by means of photolithography.
• High Q

Thin-film terminations are added and
connected to the inductor.

The terminations are covered with a
tin layer for ease of soldering.
