什么是可见光 LED
- 可见光LED(发光二极管)是一种能够将电能直接转换为可见光能的半导体器件。它由一个PN结组成,其中P区富含正电荷的空穴,N区富含负电荷的电子。当在LED两端加上正向电压时,空穴和电子在PN结附近相遇并结合,释放出能量,这种能量以光子的形式发出,从而形成可见光。
