The 3291 and 3293 incorporate a switchable high-frequency

noise ﬁlter. When activated, this ﬁlter rejects frequencies of

180 Hz and above to enable measurement approximating the

ﬁlter characteristics of an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB).
