PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT FEATURES
The device is a Phase-Lock-Loop frequency synthesizer
that requires an external VCO and Loop Filter, which is
120MHz band frequency synthesizer.
Divide L: fosc= 14.40 MHz, fIF= 111.75 MHz,
fr= 150khz.
specifically designed for
a
Radio
Intermediate
Frequency (I.F.). The input frequency (Fin) consists of a
Prescaler with a fixed divider network. The Oscillator
input is basically referred to as a referance input and
it’s associated fixed divider network; both divider
networks have two selectable ratio’s that provide a
wideband to narrowband signal capture range. The
fixed divider ratio’s provided are selectable via a
low/high logic level; no external microcontoller is
required. A divide by eight (8) counter output is
provided for the user if an additional synchronous clock
frequency is needed which is relative to the Oscillator
input (Osc in).
Divide H: fosc= 14.40 MHz, fIF= 111.75 MHz,
fr= 50KHz
Variable power supply range = 2.7v to 3.6v
Ref. Oscillator frequency divide by eight has low
output drive level to help minimize EMI.Output drive
capability: 700mv pk-pk. (1.8MHz and 20K ohm/4pf
capacitance loading.
Operating temperature range: Ta= -40 to +85
deg. C.
Package Style: Plastic SSOP 8-Pin.

This device contains circuitry to protect the inputs
against damage due to high static voltages or electric
field; however, precaution should be taken to avoid
application of any voltage higher than the maximum
rated voltages to this circuit. For proper operation, Vin
and Vout should be constrained to the range:
VSS < (Vin or Vout) < VDD

Unused inputs must always be tied to an appropriate
